Shipping Policy

At Fibracast LLC, we are dedicated to the efficient delivery of our physical goods. This policy outlines how we handle the shipment of products purchased through our platform to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

1. Where We Ship

Our shipping services are currently available exclusively within the United States. We deliver to addresses in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please be aware that we do not offer international shipping for our physical products at this time.

2. Order Fulfillment & Processing

Daily Cutoff Time: To ensure same-day processing, please place your order by 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders received after this deadline will begin processing on the next calendar day.

Handling Time: Please allow a period of 1 to 3 days (Monday through Sunday) for our warehouse team to pack and prepare your physical items for dispatch. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has left our facility, standard transit time typically ranges from 3 to 7 days. Therefore, the estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 4 to 10 days. Please note that external factors such as carrier delays, weather events, or holidays may affect these estimates.

4. Shipping Costs


  • Standard Flat Rate: We apply a flat shipping fee of $7.68 per order.

  • No Minimums: This rate applies to all shipments of physical goods, regardless of order volume.

  • Final Pricing: Any applicable taxes and fees will be clearly listed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

We utilize reliable national carriers (such as UPS or USPS) to transport our products. Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Exceptions & Issues

Address Corrections: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee of $7.68 will be required to send the items again.

Damaged or Lost Items: If your physical products arrive damaged or go missing during transit, please contact us immediately. Include your order details and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue via replacement or refund.

Unavoidable Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or federal holidays.
