Returns & Refund Guidelines

At Fibracast LLC, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with the physical goods you purchase from us. Whether you are ordering equipment or accessories, we strive to maintain a transparent, simple, and fair process for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies strictly to orders involving physical items placed through our direct online channel and delivered to addresses within the United States. Please note that we are currently unable to facilitate returns for orders shipped internationally.

2. Time Limits for Returns

You have a period of 21 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to initiate a return. Requests received after this 21-day window will generally not be eligible for a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable laws.

3. Conditions for Return

We accept returns for both standard items (change of mind) and defective goods under the following terms:

Standard Returns:

  • Items must be in brand-new, sellable condition.
  • Must be unused with original tags still attached.
  • Must include all original packaging and components.
Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Please keep all packaging materials.
  • Contact us via email immediately with your Order ID.
  • Provide clear photographs showing the issue.

*Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

4. How to Return

To start the process, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order information.

  • Prepaid Labels: Upon approval, we will send you a link to download a shipping label.
  • Free Shipping: Return postage is covered by us for authorized US returns.
  • No Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

5. Exchanges

Mail-in exchanges are available depending on our current stock of physical goods. The procedure is identical to the return process. Any price difference will be handled via a refund or an additional invoice. If the item you want is unavailable, we may process a full refund instead.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for us to inspect the items. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Note that your bank may require additional time to post the transaction.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
  • Delays in shipping caused by weather or carriers are not grounds for a refund if the product itself is undamaged.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if we suspect policy abuse.
